He must be in his 70s, didn't play many games, more famous for pulling out of a tour to south Africa for race reasons, protest against apartheid

There's a Lloyd McDermott foundation & I'm pretty sure they put together a young team in his name etc

Hate to say this but if there are changes needed because of Slater Injury as well as Pedro looking Old out there might change things in NSW favor.

    1. Barba (Slater if fit)
    2. Boyd
    3. Inglis
    4. Hodges (although i feel he might be nearly done)
    5. Tate
    6. Thruston
    7. Cronk
    8. Scott
    9. Smith
    10. Shillington
    11. Myles
    12. Thaiday
    13. Gillett

    14. Taylor
    15. Myles
    16. Parker
    17. Hannant

    18th Man (Harrison)

Im thinking though and if Mel makes a change for Hodges or Tate i hope Ash Graham gets a run. He has been in top form.

    Who's "mel"?

Inglis to fullback, it's a given, I can't see them risking a debutante like Barba in such an important game, especially when he's been a bit iffy in the past

Nah but we met these two chicks that were pretty cool. He took one home and I hooked up with the drunker one but am saving it until she is slightly less blind haha

If my boy gets his Origin status cleared by the ARL he will walk in front of Ash Graham who I rate as just average. Meninga and Co. are very keen for him to be a Maroon and some of them suggested he should have been ahead of Boyd for the Aussie wing spot. I have no doubt he'll feature in SOO in the near future, no doubt whatsoever.

Inglis to fullback for sure. Benny Barba to wing is a nice fit. Barba hasnt been any more iffy than any other outside back in the comp this year.

I'm liking that. Inglis has been a beast at Full Back but I really like Barba and I would like to see him play origin. Inglis is also a monster in the centres for Queensland.

I still think QLD will win this as even though NSW played really well last night QLD were still been in the game. NSW with all there dominance dont seem to be able to turn that into points.

It's been a great series though!!!

If you saw Mal on the Game Plan last night you would think that there is no chance Harrison will be turfed, Meninga has huge raps on him and implied he's not being used properly by his club team.

On a side note the Game Plan is much better than the Footy Show, I don't know how channel nine continues to get it so wrong.

The Game Plan is great. I watch it every week. I'm also digging NRL on Fox this season. Johns, Geyer, Kent, and Ikin are great on the panel. It's got that old Sunday Roast feel to it, which coincidently, is **** now without Vossy, Geyer etc.

Ikin's beeing carrying on like a fanny the last 2 weeks though. Anything slightly derogatory against Queensland and Ikin starts sooking.

Thinking it could be Boyd back to fullback and Neilson on the wing.

The best way Titans could use him is as a dummy runner for the entire match. He is the number one ball strangler in the club, he will consistently do 15 plus hitups a match and be lucky to break 100 all run metres :-(

I think the used by date on Hodges is almost up aswell but unfortunately the Maroons dont have gun centre to replace him. I watched the 2002 SOO the other day and started comparing the versions of Tahu & Hodges both who were on the wing. Tahu was a beast and fast as **** while Hodges was just meh.
