Happy for Gibbsy.....I'm still pissed off that Sheens got rid of him, I knew we would miss his defense up the middle and sadly I was right.... Now no Ellis, We are gonna be in some strife in defense next year I reckon.

 

I never wanted Blair in the first place...Ben Murdoch Massila and Woods are going to really hit their straps next year... dont know anything about Bodene Thompson and not much about Pettybourne other than he seems smaller and more agile than most front rowers

Bodene is a really aggressive player and when he matures will be an asset but at the moment he likes the big shots. I would rest him in any game vs Corey Parker cause he usually wants to decapitate him

Imo he is the best scrapper in the NRL, the boy can fight.

Gallen would tear Bodene a new one in any fight - way way too much willpower.

 

Bodene can scrap mate grew up in a boxing gym although that doesnt mean much on a footy field. Tiger fans will soon get sick of his rough house tactics very quickly.

I agree with you about Cam Smith and the man of the match award the other night. Gallen was twice as good as him.

 

I know Bodene can fight Teke , just have a doubt about him taking it back. Just dont know what hes like after blueing on for a hour after copping hundreds of head shots from a bloke who wont give up - just think whatever the mental and physical price Gallen will pay it and more .
