    Who wins and why?

    Big step up for Broner, quality wise. There's no question Paulie will be the best he's faced so far and it'll tell us a lot about where he's at.

    No whining about Broner 'skipping' 140. It's one fight.

    Those who believes Magic man has a chance: Where do you base your opinion?
    I like both fighters but I feel like stylewise Broner is everything that Paulie doesn't like. I just don't see Malignaggi outboxing or outlanding Broner and that's the only chance he has.

    No reason to go to 147, it isn't smart. He would be better off trying to go after Abril or Vazquez at 135 and trying to clean out the division, than skipping 140 altogether to fight Paulie.

    But not if they're intending to keep him there. He'll be holding a title for a reason - to keep it.
