    Good post. I think Jacobs peaked with ggg it's going to be all down hill from here imo.

    No need for a poll 90% of our non American and or EE fans will pick Derevy while 90% of our American and minority fans will ride with Jacobs. The lingering 10% in both categories will actually breakdown the fight based on skill, durability, strength, speed and ring generalship.

    I'm actually really surprised Jacobs is leading the poll, this forum has an EE bias most of the time.

    And it's not like Derev's some kind of slouch, anyone who's seen him can see that he's a very good technical fighter. Like he's one of the most exciting EE prospects out there. Weird.

    It is the biggest problem I have with the MW division right now. There are so many good fighters there. Honestly it may have the most stacked top 10 in boxing right now, but everyone seems to content to just wait for their shot instead of fighting each other to FORCE their shot. Problem is that Golovkin is old and doesn't have many fights left in him and is trying to get as much money as possible before he leaves and Canelo is big enough for none of those guys to matter to him. The only guy that can afford to sit back is Murata because with his fanbase in Japan he can get a Golovkin fight there immediately. For everyone else it is in their best interest to fight each other to solidify their spot as the next challenger.

    I am SO glad this fight is happening.

    I don't see SD KOing DJ out and winning so widely that judges in NY can't pull a robbery. Either way, this is a DJ decision win.
