The 1990s is officially CLOSED. It may still take me a couple of weeks to get this finished, but I expect to have it complete some time shortly after Canelo-Crawford (I'm gunning for less than a week after that). I will almost certainly begin the artwork this week. So if anyone wants to get a last minute entry in, please do so ASAP - because once I start that, it's the point of no return.
@Austinboxing You have Mosley listed twice. Do you have a new #10 you'd prefer in his place? (Otherwise I'll include yours with 9, omitting the 2nd Mosley) XI. 1990s 1. Roy Jones Jr 2. Incidentally, for everyone who is still actively following the thread, I'd like everyone's feedback if/when you have the time. I'm going to try and make a strong push the next couple of months to finish the last 2 after the 1990s. I'm hoping I can do that before late November, where I'd also like to do a separate video based on the results - not a summary exactly, although the 13 chapters worth of results will be referenced as a keu component throughout. My question is: I was considering releasing extended results for each decade across a 3-4 week period. Meaning, the Top 25 results from each decade, in short form. Having never created a short before, I was planning to make it a simple countdown in accordance with YouTube's "shorts" guidelines (I think they have to be vertical, and up to 180 seconds, but I'd need to double-check that). I'm not quite sure if I should approach that with simple minimalist narration (ie, "#25, Spider Rico.... #3 Rocky Balboa, #2 Apollo Creed, #1 Rocky Balboa")? Where I just say number/name, and dive straight through. Is doing straightforward narration even necessary? Anyone have an opinion on that one way or another? (Especially if you watch/are familiar with short form content). And would anyone otherwise be interested in this type of 13-parter? (I reckon I'd start rolling them out every 2 or 3 days AFTER I finish the 90s, 2000s, 2010s and my final related long form video). I'd appreciate the feedback should you have the time. Cheers!
I think, due to the 3 minute limit on these "shorts" videos, then it might be best to just dive straight into the results for each decade with no narration needed. I don't think it's necessary but I do like the general overall concept of the Top 25 fighters for each decade in short form video. Thanks again for tabulating and putting together the final results. Still really enjoy looking forward to these videos when they do get released.
I'd certainly be interested in a top 25, as opposed to only a top 10, for each decade. Perhaps the optimum balance for the videos is doing a brief countdown of 25-11 with the numbers on screen, and then the more detailed supporting narrative, as per your videos thud far, for the top 10. Though I accept that approach would rule out a 180-second limit format. I hope I've understood your request for opinions properly!

The 1980s is already complete, but I will include you as the LAST ENTRY on the 1990s (and your ones after that are good to go). The 1990s is now officially closed, absolutely.
