I'm all for boxers making money, Lamp. But Pavilk vs Tito? :huh Lets say Calzaghe beats Hopkins, Pavlik vs Calzaghe would be nothing to sneeze at financially.
Rodriguez vs Browning. Is it me or does Rodriguez look much more muscular than his previous two fights?
Rodriguez throwing some good body shots. Although his trainer might want to tell him to keep his left hand up.
Oh, I agree. I'd hate to see Pavlik vs. Trinidad. But Tito in NYC continues to be a huge draw, so you never know. I'd like to see Kelly retire Wright and then batter Abraham, before moving up.
What fight is Teddy watching.. it's not the one I'm watching.. he most feel for Browning because he's old.. but no way in hell that Browning has won a single round.
Browning is horrid, but that's no surprise. That undercard fight was actually pretty good, Theophane/Ouballi. I think I'll go fold laundry now.
No, he's very pro-browning for some odd ass reason. He wants Browning to be something he's not.. give it up Teddy..
Shut out on my card.. Browning did alright considering he's old and has no power. Rodriguez still won't compete with the top dogs in the division, he's nothing more than gatekeeper material.
I agree. Although Rodriguez looks a little more muscular than before, I still see several flaws...especially his defense.
That lazy jab, and holding that left so low is going to be his downfall always. Against top guys they are going to time that lazy jab and toss a right over-the-top all night against him.
He's better than Spina, Spina was an unskilled brawler. Rodriguez has talent, he just has bad habits. You show you know **** about the sport comparing him to Spina. I'd compare him more to Manfredo. A guy who will never win a title, can give some guys a good fight, but doesn't have what it takes to make the next step.
