    Winky by stoppage? :huh Naaaaaah.

Winky on points, Hopkins KO or draw.

    My prediction: Winky UD (115:112; 115:112; 114:113)

This logic would only be correct if you speculated about 2 draws in a row starting now. Because you already know he just had a draw, you can't then say it's unlikely he'll have "two" with this reasoning.

You're correct that it's unlikely he'll have a draw, (about a 1 in 16 chance or so depending what odds you get) but it's not any less of a chance simply b/c he drew in his last fight.

I'm gonna be ****ing RICH. :smoke

Imo. it is a "little to loose" fight. If either had taken on Dawson, Pavlik etc. THEN it would have been high risk - low reward.

In this one they are just keeping it safe. No matter who looses it wont be detrimental, because both are considered HOFs. Of course they want to win and the winner will stand better, but losing is not a big problem.

One of the toughest fights to pick a winner in that I've seen in a long time. I think Hopkins is the better overall fighter of the two. I also think Winky is the closer to being in his prime between the two.

What I think will happen is Winky will force Hopkins to fight at a pace that he isn't comfortable with anymore. HIs last few fights has shown a clear decline in his ability to fight for the whole 3 minutes of every round. That is the biggest difference maker in the whole bout. I think Winky outworks Hopkins for a decision victory.

I'm not sure this fight will be the total stinkfest its being made out to be. It won't be fight of the year by any stretch of the imagination but it might turn out to be ok. Wright by decision.

This is a very tough one to call. I am a fan of both fighters and have followed their careers for years. Both are defensive masters and it will be very interesting to see how each adapt to each others style.

Wright has youth and workrate on his side while Hopkins has the greater mobilty and has shown throughout his career that he knows hoe to fight very well against southpaws.

I am leaning towards Wright based on Hopkins age and lack of recent activity. I expect Hopkins ring rust to compund his tendency to start slow which mean he will give away too many of the early rounds. Wright by a close decision in an enthralling if not overly exciting fight. I will be cheering Hopkins on though as he is my favourite fighter.

My prediction, a very boring fight. The judges will fall asleep, some one will nudge them at the sound of the final bell. They will look at each other with a confused look asking each other "who won? f*ck it! lets score it a draw". They will either be right or damn close to it. Then the rest of the boxing world will be angry saying to themselves "I can't believe I paid for this boring crap when I could have watched it on HBO next saturday for free".

    I hope that I'm wrong.:D
