Or stop the fight and award the stoppage to Joshua.

I dunno, Povetkin dispatched Takam much faster than Joshua, who needed the refs help to stop him... Mind you, the version of Takam that Povetkin faced was younger, fresher. just food for thought. Also David Price has KO'd Joshua in sparring. So I don't see why so many people are so quickly giving it to Joshua.

    Patience, young one. It'll happen.

In the meantime lots of exciting options open for Deontay: Breazeale, Kauffman, Dawejko, Bronco Billy Wright. Let's see him clear out the rest of the division before going back to that guaranteed barnburner again.

He already had a chance but his team made up a false drugs charge and ran like scared little girls all the way home..

Depends a lot on what Povetkin shows up. This could either be a routine defence for AJ... or a very dangerous assignment. I hope he impresses. Looking forward to this. War AJ.

Wilder will predictably call out Joshua now, shout Bombsquad a lot, send umpteen childish tweets and then proceed to make a fight with someone not very good.

I suspect the bodybuilder will have his handpicked officials for this one. Just watch for the enlarged gloves Joshua is wearing when he walks out on stage. I just hope Povetkin stays away from the venue's ham sandwiches, and doesn't drink the canned beverages before he goes into that stadium arena. Lol did you really think Deontay would subject himself to fighting in front a bunch of drunk football hooligans!

That's all well and good but povetkin is better than wilder. This is number 1 vs number 2 in the division.
