The only thing that bugs me about this, is that Floyd and Shane did have a window in wich they could cheat. They knew it was the last test until the day of the fight, I think this is strange.

Is this so hard to figure out? If there was a cutoff date they would've made it public prior to the fight. The final test just so happens to land on the day that's 18 days before the fight. It's completely incidental and there was never a plan for a window. Pac should just take the tests and hope the final one lands 24 days (or more) before the fight.

Just take the tests. You can wear your preferred gloves and keep your weight penalty clause. Just take the tests. It doesn't have to be difficult. Do you really want your farewell bout to be against Margarito in...Mexico? It's bad enough to give an undeserving guy a big opportunity but to give him homefield advantage as well is quite pathetic. Why not make your last fight one of the most memorable fights in the history of Boxing? And if you should change your mind and decide to prolong your career, what better way to set up a rematch or trilogy with Floyd that would rake in a ridiculous amount of total revenue?? Just...take...the...tests.

What are you talking about? What is strange? They didn't know anything! Testing was still RANDOM.

Once you sign on to USADA testing you are at the USADA's mercy. You lose ALL control of the testing procedures. The USADA is in control of the event from the testing angle.

    READ the website!

Did I read it wrong? I thought there was an agreement about the number of tests, random with one on the day of the bout. If the forlast test is taken 18 days before the fight, they know there wont be anymore tests until fightday right?
Or didn't they knew the number of tests taken like mentioned before?

there was no set amount of tests...USADA COULD HAVE TESTED ON THE DAY OF THE FIGHT IF THEY WANTED TO..

WHO KNOWS...MAYBE PAC GETS LUCKY AND THEY DONT TEST BEYOND 14 DAYS...BUT THERE IS NO NEED TO TAKE AWAY FROM THE INTEGRITY OF THE TEST CUZ ONE FIGHTER WANTS TO..

PAC SHOULD JUST ACCEPT UP UNTIL THE DAY OF THE FIGHT AND HOPE THAT IT ENDS UP BEING AROUND 14 DAYS LIKE THIS:good

    Yes you read it wrong.

USADA reserves the right to test however and whenever they like. The only stipulation is that an athlete CANNOT be harassed by testing. This is all in their testing manual.

They had no idea how many times, what type, or what times of day they would be tested. This is why they must ALWAYS tell the USADA where they are. They are at the mercy of the USADA.

All gayweather has to do is drop the blood testing, or have a different agency conduct the testing with a cutoff date. If not, fight won't happen.
