No actually I own my luxury sports sedan free and clear.

They aren't negotiating you moron. One guy is in the press, like he said he wouldn't be, asking for things he knows are non-negotiable.

Only a moron thinks this is negotiation and is probably why you don't own your car.

With this new information of what testing actually tranpired during the Mosley fight, toppled with Pac's 14-days statement.

I don't think the public will buy the: Mosley 18 days cutoff is immaterial - it's a coincidence. We demand random up to before fight or no fight.

Even ******eds and morons will see through that reasoning as a lame excuse. Correct me if i'm wrong, i put my mind as unbias as possible and read Ellerbe's statement again. I find myself having a hard time buying that reasoning, it sounds an excuse to either get out of the fight, or desperate to get an advantage - without a doubt.

Because Arum and his cheating client Pacquiao are at fault.

This fight won't happen because Pac is a chicken. Pac will be fighting Margarito just like Uncle Bob wants him too. Pac doesn't want to get beaten up! :bbb

    Are you kidding?

There was no 18 day cut off! That just was the USADA's choice not to test after that. They had every right to if they so decided. There was no "cut off"! Why is it so hard for you *******s to soak that in? :patsch

Pac is asking for a cut off. This will NOT happen with the USADA! So to ask for it is a b*h move! Arum knows it. Pac knows it. The USADA knows it. Pac wants to PROTECT himself from being POSSIBLY test it. Won't happen! :bart

You *******s need mental help. :-(

That's it. This new wave of fans is hard to bear. They have amnesia of deliberately forgetting that GBP/FMJ offered a 14-days cutoff during mediation - the same cutoff where Pac based his latest statement of bending to FMJ's last offer during mediation (14-days).

I really can't wait for Floyd to farm all the wins then go back to retirement. So i can skip reading this ******ed posts.

You are an obtuse dummy. First off, the 14 day procedure was offered as a last ditch attempt for Pacquiao to hurry up and get his ass whipped. Now, there isn't no need for a cutoff. Floyd has already done the full procedure.

Floyd after the fight. He was able to beat up on Shane them spit some game to some females afterwards. Doesn't look blooddrained to me.

For the millions of stories that come out about PED usage, you'd be a fool to not think it. I was listening to the Scott Van Pelt show on ESPN radio and they basically implied that you'd be a fool to believe Lance Armstrong is clean. The All American hero and both people on the show were basically like it'd be a miracle for him to be clean. Why shouldn't Floyd want to protect himself. Gotta love the terminology of bending to Floyd's will, just like Floyd did with the 10 million pound stipulation. Just because Manny is bitchmade and Bob Arum is bitchmade doesn't give them an out on this situation. He could have agreed to the 14 day offer the first time, but he was scared that the loss he will inevitably take at the hands of Floyd would have messed up his congressional run. Random testing is random testing. In a world where people are getting caught with performance enhancing drugs everyday and when people make up every excuse in the world to not take the tests, an accusatory finger will get thrown their way.

Give me some of those stuff. :smoke

Reading between the lines, i know what you want to say why the 14-days offer from Floyd is now gone.

It's not hard to guess why you Floyd fans are now arguing against your own previous' stand.

    Point being is this.
Say for instance I am an athlete and I have one more year on my contract and I have the option to sign now, or next year. I choose next year. So, if I have a bad year, my bargaining power goes down. If I have a good year, my bargaining power goes up. Same with the March 13 date. They were at an equal bargaining measure. Now, looking ahead to November, Floyd has the option of saying that he
    A. Took the full USADA testing
    B. Outsold your last PPV.

So, negotiations be anew. They don't start where they left off, they start and the new position that they currently have. Floyd has most of the leverage this time around. It just goes to show the competency level of people here when people should have Mark McGwire, Barry Bonds, Shane Mosley and a host of many others have never tested positive for steroids, and yet you all want to claim like Manny passing NASC testing deserves a badge of honor. Everybody in this forum knows that NASC testing is ****. Even they know it and the only reason they won't go further with testing is because of cost. That is sad in itself. If cocaine can be out of your system in 2-4 days and I can make that in a pyrex pot, don't you think that these peds can be out of your system even faster as they have people in labs constructing tests to insure that they do? I see absolutely nothing wrong making sure your opponent isn't doped up when you fight. Shane took the test, Shane got his ass whipped. Same thing that would happen to Manny if he manned up and took the test.

    http://www.mlive.com/mayweather/index.ssf/2010/05/keith_kizer_nevada_athletic_co.html

Both times in this interview, Keith Kizer says they only go forward when the budget allows.

Keith Kizer, executive director of the powerful boxing commission, said it always seeks to improve its regulatory authority in practical and economically feasible methods, although blood testing is neither on the immediate agenda, nor ruled out.

"We've never foreclosed ourselves from anything,” Kizer said. “We added the steroid testing back in 2000, 2001. We added the out-of-competition drug testing a few years back. As our budget allows, we made a few changes on that.”

I don't blame Floyd for not settling on mediocrity and putting up his own money to ensure he will be fighting natural talent and ability in the ring.
