The powers that run boxing are rotted at its core anyways
....PPV release numbers do nothing to enhance or further corrupt it.

What the numbers not being out show is that it further magnifies the dishonest ways of Bob Arum.
Right off the bat he said the fight did in excess of 1.4 mil, and then he just leaves it at that without an official press release.
Its just how he does business. He's a clown and a liar, but at least we know it.

No one bought the "retirement" of Floyd but you obviously, but prior to the vacation Pac was already linked to Floyd and there where still hopes of a fight, take Floyd out of the picture entirely as a future Manny opponent and he would not be discussed as much as he is nor would he sell as many ppv's, just my belief of course but I'm stand behind that statement...

Pac can hardly do an interview with Floyd being brought up, the name Floyd Mayweather Jr. definitely helped pacquiao become a more know name, in turn leading him to sell more tickets etc.

The same can be said of Floyd, he has no commercials or movies that i can think of, so in essence if Floyd made himself more available to the public then he too could be more well known, if he was more humble but still very confident and out spoken that would have helped him a lot...

Yes but you can't simply ignore that Floyd was the sole purpose vs DLH that it did so well.

That fight did so well because it was FLOYD (24/7 persona) fighting DLH.

    Not DLH fighting Floyd.
