Just watched him and he looked very impressive. He has good movement and the Chinese guy he fought could hardly lay a glove on him. He also has very fast hands.

For guys who watched Djelkhir he said in an interview that it's his last tournament. He is 24, he would have liked to turn pro after the olympics but he is unable to find a promoter. What happened to Mendy who never obtained a chance with a great amateur background gave a lesson to french amateur boxers.. He will probably work as an educator.

    real shame
he clearly is a pro fighter in an amatuer game. he hasnt gone out yet. if he reaches a silver or gold (which is very likely) he will get a alot of interest.

24 is not old for pro's, it is for ams. he will be in demand im sure of it. but if his mind is made up then thats that

jeffries beats onesidedly over hungarian Imre Szellő. he goes on to face irish captain kenny egen. i think egen will outbox him but jeffires has a good inside fighter capacity to him. and a decent rigth cross to catch the irish lightheavy.

With Jeffries having a decent pro style he could well be in the money with his medal round his neck.

Kenny Egan looked pretty good. Active southpaw.

Egan has the extra experience and head to head record. He should get a pretty easy win.

Reckon Jeffries is more suited for the pros.

Englishman deGale is clearing up, something I didn't expect. To win today against the current gold medal holder after outclassing the yank Estrada in the last round is ****ing brilliant.

Yes, he's doing brilliant. And yet he really shouldn't be at the Games as he lost to George Groves in last years ABAs, proving that Groves is Britain's number one at middleweight. Groves looks like he's going to turn pro now

It will be Lomachenko vs Djelkhir at feather. I support Djelkhir who is a an aggressive boxer but this time he has nearly 0 chance to win. I watched Lomachenko and  ! The guy was good at the world CS but now he is a beast. Anyway 2 "pros" in the ring, Djelkhir vs Lomachenko will be something to see imo.
