Official Pavlik VS. Martinez Poll--April 17th

You weren't talking to me, but I'll butt in anyway.


Froch is tough as nails. I think, though, his skills are just a litle too rudimentary for the likes of Pavlik, who will eventually catch him again and again.


I do think Froch has the ability to hurt Pav, but I think I would reluctantly go with Pav on this one.

 

After Clottey starches Pac next weekend, I have an even better one...

I think Martinez will school Pavlik badly and leave him with a bloodied face. His movement, counter-punching, speed will leave Pavlik and Leow clueless.

I'd actually like Pavlik to win so there would be a superfight against Bute, and Pavlik will win the right to get knocked out by a bodyshot. One thing for sure Martinez will not be easy and is possibly the best tune-up there could be for Bute (fast slick southpaw).

 

The best thing Martinez has going for him in this fight is Jack Loew.
