The only fighter Ibeabuchi fought that was Klitschko's size was journeyman Calvin Jones, at 6'6", but he's definitely no Klitschko, so it's not all that easy to predict how he'd deal with the much larger Klitschko. Ike has his iron chin and huge rights in his favor, while Klitschko has the jab and big reach advantage. I see this as a fight that could go either way, depending on which Klitschko shows up. The tentative, pawing, mechanical Klitschko gets bullied around the ring and KOd early by the aggressive, volume punching, forward moving Ibeabuchi. The effective Klitschko jabbing machine with the jackhammer straight right has an opportunity to take it to 12 for a close SD for either fighter. I voted for Ike by KO due to the recent performances of Klitschko, and I'd guess it would be the former Klitschko that would show up, rather than the latter Klitschko.

In terms of accomplishments, Wladimir Klitschko would win this by first round stoppage.

However, Boxing isn't an exact science, it's about styles. That old saying we here so often, "styles make fights". It's true.

Wladimir Klitschko is a big Heavyweight at 6'6, and he has a fantastic jab and can use that to keep Ike out of range. However, I think Ike is the stronger man physically, and he will be able to bully himself inside. He would have to careful of right hands but if he can take Tua's best shots for 12 rounds, I don't see him getting knocked out at any point during this bout. Eventually, I see Ike being in range to hit Wladimir flush on the chin and soon as he does, he gets himself a stoppage.

    Ike Ibeabuchi KO8

Ibeabuchi is grossly overrated. His only definitive victory over a world class fighter was against the smallish Chris Byrd - his fight with Tua could have gone either way. Other than that, he fought pretty much nobody. I'll go with the guy who has faced, and beaten, a plethora of world class fighters over an unproven never was anyday.

I would love to hear the so-called plethora of world class fighters?

    I'll ask you this.

How do you think a prime Wladimir does against a prime Tua?

I'd take Ike anyday over Wlad. Wlad's not good at handling pressure, we've all seen that.

    I agree.

Any heavyweight that is heavy handed and has a huge punch output to accompany his granite chin all beat Wladimir Klitschko.

    Ike Ibeauchi in a nutshell.

How the heck can anyone know this?? Ibeabuchi fought TWO - count 'em, two - decent fighters, and arguably LOST to one of 'em. Wlad has fought maybe a dozen rated fighters and beaten all but two.

Ibeabuchi has never PROVEN all that is attributed him. People talk about him like he's some Superman, but where the heck is the evidence?? His KO of blown up SMW Chris Byrd?? C'mon!

yeah cause crazy ike was so proven against tall, skilled big men who had ramrod jabs.

wlad wins a blowout decision. wlad will clown this lunatic felon. His size, jab and foot movement will confuse Ike.

moreover, i'll take the guy with the 51 wins, 45kos, and the 12-2 record in title fights over an uproven fighter who's best 2 wins are over midget hws. :yep

Vitali would murder this fool. :deal

Ibeabuchi was a powerfull, well skilled fighter that could take punches by the likes of Tua and had the stamina to go 12 rounds at a fast pace. This would be a terrible matchup for Wlad, I don't see him being able to outbox Ibeabuchi for 12 rounds or stop him.
