Manny hasnt had a KO in 6 years now, Floyd has never been even down, and has shown the ability to recover quickly the only 2 times in 47 fights we've seen him hurt. Floyd is the more intelligent fighter. Manny doesnt possess the attributes that have historically given Floyd trouble (size advantage). Floyd does possess the attributes that have historically given Manny trouble (movement/counter-punching). I dont see anyway it can be anything but a UD for Mayweather.

 

im going with a pac stoppage. based on the maidana performance, floyd is going to have a very hard time with pacs speed, and i believe pac is on a mission to hurt floyd... his motivation is probably off the charts.

I got this Pac by uniamous decision 116-112, 115-113, 116-112.

In summary, his footwork will cause a lot of problems for Floyd in that he will run down Floyd before Floyd can react and he will dance around Floyd like Floyd has danced around heavy footed opponents. Pacquiao will throw around 800-900 punches and counter Floyd's counters. He will be perpetual motion and be a hard target to hit, a hard target to time and a hard target to counter without being countered..speed will kill speed. Floyd will be down on cards by 10th round and try to KO Pac in 11 or 12th but Pacquiao will dart around the ring and frustrate Floyd. Many people think Floyd will frustrate Pac but i think they are in for a surprise, Pac's footwork and speed is superior to Floyd's so it will floyd who will be more stationary. This is truly a bad opponent for the Floyd of the past 5-8 years. I think the floyd that beat Corales by being aggressive and having fresher legs has a better shot at today's Pac but not 38 year old super defensive Floyd, the same Floyd that fought Canelo and maidana... This Floyd will be trapped in a Typhoon all night with no way out.

 

Floyd by UD or mid to late KO.

Pacqiauo hasn't knocked anyone out in 6 years and he definitely ain't knocking out Floyd Mayweather.

What's Pacqiauo going to do? Outbox Floyd Mayweather?

Floyd will toy with him and establish himself.as the best of this era.

 

If your basing a Manny victory due to the Maidana fight, expect a major shock on May 2nd when you find out Manny Pacqiauo isn't Marcos Maidana and Maidana did a better job than Pacqiauo did.
