    **** , my fears were unfounded , that was a boxing masterclass by Robeisy . Tbh he got caught by this Thai with a bodyshot at last Worlds Champs but he had a weak frame then , he has developed a lot in a year , I'd day he's at his peak at the moment . Peace & Love :happy

    Tomorrow is the big one : Shimming Zou vs Veitia . Good thing is Veitia has already fought so he knows the atmosfera ( crowd , lights , hype , etc ) and Zou hasn't , he's got a by and hasn't fought for a week so maybe he's a little rusty , we'll see .

    That's the issue right there. I am afraid that for every 1 punch the British lands will receive 2 points on the scorecards. Robeisy will have to " eat him alive " with punches in bunches or better yet put him down or out to win this one. :-(

    Good thing is that if he manages to beat this British kid then he has a tremendous chance at the Gold. :good

    Yep, much more credit if Veitia can beat him. The myth of " grown Cuban men beating on young kids at the amateurs " has just come to an end! :good

    Tomorrow morning 3 more Cubans continue their quest for Olympic Gold: Yosbany Veitia Soto vs Shiming Zou ( CHN ) in the light flyweights, then Roniel Iglesias vs Everton Lopes ( BRA ) in the light welterweights, then Julio Cesar la Cruz vs Almatbouli Ihab ( IRA ) in the light heavyweights.
