Actually I was wrong , it wasn't Robeisy , it was Veitia who got caught with the bodyshot by this Thai . Robeisy was defeated on his first bout against the Russian Misha Aloyan who went on to win the title . They were talking about it last night on the BBC tv . Peace .

That isn't what I was trying to say at all mate, I think you've missed what I was trying to say. All I'm saying is that the Cuban system is designed to get good amatuer boxers since there is no pro boxing in Cuba. Now some guys have a style that translates really well into the pro ranks, Gamboa, Rigo etc. Those guys are "pros in vests" although I hate the cliche. The style of some of the fighters doesn't translate well though and they sometimes fall by the wayside if/when they go pro.

I'm wasn't saying that they can't fight pro what I'm saying is that the system in Cuba doesn't take consideration of things they would need if they go pro since it isn't supposed to be a thing Cuban fighters do.

I wasn't saying they just learned to fight when they go pro, just that some fighters adapt to the pro ranks and some don't, I admit that I didn't put that across well though lol.

    6 Cubans alive and kicking!

Zou beat Yosbany because of the huge age and experience difference but the other Cubans have a great chance at winning Gold.

Ok a Mexican is Lara's Daddy, Gamboa would get killed at 135 by Demarco or Vazquez take your pic... and Rigo's glass Jaw would be shattered by Mares so me afraid ? lara afraid of rematching molina, gamboa was afraid of Rios, there is no fear on this side but look at yourselves in the mirror, Canelo would ****ing TKO lara back to cuba in a banana boat.

These amateur spoilers with their hugging can defect all they want, Cuba can't even Carry Mexico's nuts when it comes to pro boxing :deal
