    Who u got?

Close to a week away now. Lomachenko => wants to make boxing history again => champ, 2 weight divisions in under 7 fights

Roman = Big frame for 130lber. Comes in at 144/145lbs on fight night. In his best interest to come in higher.
Lomachenko = Loma must weight cut like Kovalev, should come in at least 140lbs. Stop taking advice from Gamache.
Roman = Fierce. Telegraphs shots. Must try to rough Loma up. His style makes him pretty vulnerable to Loma.
Roman = not type to ‘effectively’ force fights. Loma will dance around him and break him down.
Was in wars with Salido, but was always reacting to Salido.

Roman = usually pretty accurate in return fire shots during trades.
Don't think straight right hand (his best shot) will bother Loma much. So really, what will?
Loma’s power = most likely not as effective at 130lbs. Death by 1000 cuts instead.

Not surprised if Roman lands a knockdown, doubt it though. Wouldn't cast doubt on Loma's chin. Roman knocks down his opponents at least, if he doesn't knock them out.

Loma TKO 11 or at least a 9-3 type fight. Any less is underwhelming for Loma.

    Lomo late rounds stoppage.

Martinez will try his best but it will only open him up for punishment.

Loma wide ud. He's too much for Martinez. I can't wait for this fight. Hopefully this fight will put loma into the top 10 p4p where he belongs.

Martinez is the type of guy who typically has moments against anyone. Dropped Burns, Garcia and Salido (multiple times). Might telegraph on occasion, but he's got good timing and occasionally switches the trajectory of his shots. So, I could see him either flashing or wobbling Loma at some point.

Can't see him winning, though. Loma's edge in terms of skill and speed should tell, and Martinez has been stopped by body shots in the past. Guess where Loma does a lot of his best work...

    ...Loma TKO 10.

i agree completely , but the ring and a lot of other organisation didn't even put him as number 1 at featherweight until Walters moved up.

if he wins this fight i doubt any will put him at number 1 at 130, he isn't going to get a fair shake imo

him schooling russel jr(who himself is a world class fighter) should have put him on the p4p list imo

Exactly he made me a believer with that. Russell jr is no joke and is a beast himself. I would have picked loma to beat rigo and Walters. The only guy who I see that could possibly give him problems is the guy who beat uchiyama at 130.

No way he lays a finger on Loma. The dude's punches are all over the place. There was something wrong with Uchiyama, either his reflexes are either suddenly completely shot, or he was stoned out of his mind.

As to the Rocky fight, I dunno whether he gets stopped, but Loma's gonna land >60% of power shots.

id have loved to have seen both fights, in terms of skill rigo vs loma is 50-50 but imo loma would have been too big for him, rigo is a small 122 fighter and loma is a good size featherweight.

loma would have made a fool out of walters and its a shame walters didn't want that fight.

id give Corrales a few more fights to see what he is made of tbh, he looked good against uchiyama but hard to judge a fighter on one fight

on a side note rigo would want to stop messing up he's career, not filling out visa forms to fight a no name like jazza ****ens and not in talks to fight him again. he will have wasted a year of he's soon to be past its expiry date career trying to arrange a fight with about the 6th best super bantemweight in britian

Yeah it's a shame what happened to rigo part of it his fault part of it not. I hate to see a fighter of his skill level sit on the shelf like that and just go to waste. Mikey Garcia is another great example of that to wasted talent.

ya i get what you mean but at the same time if a boxer signs a contract he needs to realise he will have to fufill it. and i think some boxers need to realise you make hay while the sun shines and even if your deal isnt exactly what you want, fighting and growing your name is a lot better than sitting idle for years.

lets be honest mikey garcia was one of the hottest upcoming fighters in boxing and was heading towards p4p lists. if he comes back now he is almost starting from scratch

I agree mikey should have finished out his contract. I think he only had one fight left or two. But I guess he wanted the big money right then and wanted out of his contract. If he comes back now it will be at 140 because he can't make 130. He will be fighting against naturally bigger men and will have a hard time then he has to deal with the ring rust to boot. Mikey was a very exciting fighter one of the best jabs in the sport bih power could have been something special, what a shame.
