how disapointing that Lomachenko will not be a pro.....dude is gonna fade into obscurity like the rest of the Euro am stars after winning a 3rd Olympic gold in 2016 proving absolutely nothing beyond what we already know, that he's better than the rest of the ams at his weightclass.....I was hyped to see him try his luck vs the best in the world at his weight class which are pros not another 4 years of him whupping on guys that wouldn't last 2 rounds with a top pro. 10 years from now no one will remember the guys name, shame. Not sayign that he would have been a p4p fighter but he definetly had a chance to at least win a world title as a pro.

Somebody needs to fly out to Ukraine and convince him to become pro.

Lomachenko's dad said: " Nobody is going anywhere. Ukrainian boxers have signed offers and not final contracts. They will disscuss terms and conditions with AIBA. We don't know yet, what they will offer us. If AIBA championship will be held between all the profecional boxers then it will be interesting. If its just AIBA fighters than its a different story. We will look into AIBA's offer and other offers that will be presented.

So I think that that AIBA bull**** move at the end of the Olympic games is nothing but a cheap trick to get everybody to talk about their new venture and nothing else. There is no way they can offer something valuable to LOM and co. I hope LOM and USYK will join the pro ranks with a team that can really spin them off in US and pay them millions of dollars that they deserve while matching them with top fighters in the process. ****in peperoni!!!

Expect for Wladimir and Vitali who will probably go down as atleast a top 20HW of all time.
