    From my last post, a few in-advertant typo's crept in, I'll blame a combination of fatigue and a mis-firing keyboard. Official weigh in was obviously 4pm, not 4am. Claim that Wlod had gained 7 pounds would have been over a six hour timeframe, if indeed it had happened and not just occured in Francis' imagination.

    Live a little Francis, get out from behind the keyboard and go to a fight once in a while, why even Kegsy is going along to his first fight night for the year tonight, things are much better live and you get a different perspective.
