Oquendo - Jennings sounds like a good scrap. Let these want to-be contenders battle it out amongst themselves.

Since he never talks about Matt Greer, he must be ducking him also, considering he resisted TWO rounds against the mighty Deontay

He is more ready than these last fighters Wlad faced. If Wlad gave Mormeck a shot he should fight Jennings. Sick of all these excuses from you guys.

WLad don't want to fight Fury. Fury tried to get the fight and Wlad made Fury a shitty offer he knew Fury would not take.

People made excuses for years that there was nobody there. There are live bodys out there now looking for a fight and he wants no part of them.

jennings's team should continue to develop him the way the are doing before even thinking of throwing him in there with the cream of the crop. you're deluded if you think jennings would walk away, at this point in his career, from that fight not a brutal Ko victim or a badly beaten man, perhaps even contemplating a trip southward to the cruiserweight division. this is way too early of a fight for jennings. wlad is currently superior in every feasible way.

Seems to me it may be Rock Nation Sports doing the ducking. Reports are that Jennings and his promoter Gary Shaw agreed to a deal with K2 promotions. However Rock Nation Sports is attempting to renege on the deal now that they have bought out Shaw. I hope they don't take a career high payday away from Jennings. It would be a shame and the same thing Haymon did to Quillon. RNS should Honor the deal.

I'd prefer Solis to Jennings. The reason is that with Solis, at least we have a guy that had a stage in his career where he had the skills to threaten Wlad. So there's at least a possibility he could whip himself into shape and put up a competitive fight.

If Wlad is gonna take a mismatch, why not with an opponent that boxing fans want to see KOed? Briggs and Tarver are vying for the honor, but Huck and Solis also fit the bill and are more relevant names. Of those 4, Briggs seems the least relevant. He already got a gift shot at Vitali and in hindsight the fight was pretty shady. Recall there was a time Briggs was claiming he got ripped off for his purse and the individuals responsible is/were connected to K2, etc.

Jennings is at Madison Square Garden now hopefully we get an update on the status of the fight and his feelings towards fighting Klitschko. It is a career high payday and he would be challenging the best I don't see why as a competitor he would want RNS to take that away.
Solis is a non factor at this point - he has a rematch with Thompson coming up and he is coming off a loss.
Briggs Does not deserve a shot. Simple as that. I know it would make money but he has to beat a ranked opponent first.
Tarver might be the guy if Jennings ducks out.
