Do you really want to bring up lying when Frank Warren is concerned?

The idea that Warren is anymore trustworthy than Hearn or Bellew is simply laughable.

    Check mate

    Do keep trying though.

    Of course......

But when do you receive that $50,000,000?

Do you receive it in installments over the next 50 years?
    All in one go?

No real promoter would agree to $50,000,000 without it being written into a contract.

Points 1, 2 & 3 end the debate if he's being genuine, and i'm inclined to think he is seeing as i haven't seen Hearn come out and say he did send contracts.

It's an odd one, because i'd be skeptical to accept something i didn't know the full extent of because you never know what details they could slip in the contract and when you reject it, it seems like a major duck. BUT, if Hearn isn't sending contracts himself, then he doesn't have a leg to stand on

Doesn’t matter who owned Bellew. Hearn could have made the comments and I still would have made this thread.

Like I said, Ton’, I don’t fanboy promoters.

Please go out and check the stuff for yourself.

Hearn arranged a meeting with Finkel to discuss the offer, and terms.
Finkel re-arranged the meeting twice, before cancelling 24 hours before the meet.

Hearn has sent 2 different contracts to Finkel, one last year for a fight summer 2017.....
And one a few weeks ago for April 2018 at Wembley.

yeah but all he has to do is say, "yes we accept the fight subject to the particulars of the contract"

i've seen the broad parts of it, just not all the specifics.

he cancelled the meeting becasue Hearn didn't agree. was that right to do? probably not, but when you have been going round in circles and you don't believe you're going to get anywhere, then what's the point? it was AJ who said "offer me £50m and i'll take the fight"

I'm not talking about if Hearn sent a contract, we know he did, my point was associated with the OP.

i have no dog in this fight, i believe both sides were ducking, it most definitely wasn't all one way traffic, that's for sure

Neither a reliable source, you've got one of the biggest AJ bumboys in Tony Bellew, and a bitter, vindictive old crook in Wank Farren

If you are genuinely interested in a fight....
And you can prove that the $50,000,000 is genuine....

You don't cancel a meeting, you have agreed to, when asked to discuss terms and provide proof of the money.

why does he have to provide proof of money? obviously the moneys there. maybe he was annoyed with Hearns pisstaking of him, but he must've had a reason he didn't want to deal with Eddie but would meet with Barry

All of Eddie's flat fee offers were sent with no proof of funds, no dates, no venues etc, they were taken at face value.

No one in the world of business would want to meet with someone who has taken the **** out of their name, questioned their credibility, and insinuated that they are crooks.

Especially after Shelly had already worked with Hearn before helping him secure the klitschko fight, which gave AJ a 50/50 split.

It is beyond cringe worthy how far up AJ's backdoor Bellew's slimy little lizard tongue is.

Big Frank is an OG, a legit legend in the game. He's TBE of boxing promoters and without him there is no Eddie Hearn, there is no Kalle, no King, Arum, Tex Ricard, Haymon, Duva etc. whereas Bellew isn't even the best fighter from his own city.
