Since when does the ref let the guy who receives a five minute break sit in his corner with his corner cornering him? Shouldnt it be in the neutral corner?

 

Its on its way, just finished putting up the Dib fight which some may say is just as bad, in terms of officiating.

 

and i still think he would. Oganov hits like a truck, alot harder than Danny hits. If what people are saying is true about the ref etc then yeah its corrupt officating and was fixed. Its not the first time it would have occured in boxing.

 

it was like a jockey fighting king kong bundy. pitt showed how flawed he is for alowing oganov to hit him flush so much.

 

if a fighter is hit with a low blow, back of the head etc and he needs 5 min to recover then he does so in the neutral corner, the only assistance he shall recieve is IF the doctor needs to inspect him, he is not to consult or have any assistance from his corner, this is in the rules.

If you want conclusive proof just watch any fight in which a fighter takes a duration of the 5 min period given, to recover, one example is Kostya Tszyu vs Ricky Hatton, round 9, hatton gives Tszyu a delibrate low blow, Tszyu takes part of the 5 min recovery period and is told to remain in the neutral corner with the ref asking when he is ok to contuine, ie, are you ok now.. waits a bit, are you ok now? etc.

I thought the exact same thing...ref had no idea.

 

I'm told that some states allow a boxer to go to their corner during a foul break but the issue is whether the boxer can be treated during the course of this break.

1.37 pit down, Pit spits his mouthguard out and rolls under the ropes.
assisted by ref in getting his head out from under ropes(not permited in the rules), ref grabs pitt by the back of the head and helps him, ref also pulls pits arm with his own right arm and assist him

1.24 Ref gets t0 8 or 9? and stops the count to pick up Pitts mouthguard? WTF. Ref not saying the count out loud.

1.22 Ref calls time.

15 seconds have passed.

Ref then takes mouthguard & Pitt to his corner to have mouthguard washed off and put back in to which he gets an ear full from Lincon Hudson about Oganov hitting Pitt to the back of the head?

The ref then goes over to Oganov and warns him for hitting to the back of the head? (WTF If the ref officating this fight or is Lincon Hudson?)

Total time passed from knockdown to when fight begins again is ....

Agreed,,,,Most pathetic display of biased and manipulative reffing i have ever seen.

Ref was in the pocket and the fight was fixed and pre determined from the start...this is what makes AUS boxing look ****!

Did well to recover?... The guy was allowed to sit in in his corner and have ice applied to him and a massage and was also recieving instructions from his trainer..... I was suprised he didn't get a blow job while they were at it...

Ive never seen anything like that in boxing before, it was farcical

oganov wouldn't have been awarded the winner even if he knocked pitt out cold with a legal punch.
