Well, there's no evidence what so ever that Cotto has backed out of this fight. It's just a rumor at this point and thats it. Let's see how this situation plays out before making any judgements.

Of course, I was basing it off the rumor. If it turns out to be true.

    :rofl:rofl:patsch

So you are saying it's okay for Cotto balk at the idea of backing out to get the money he feels he deserves? Did you not just critize Floyd earlier for doing the same thing?

Short notice? Margo would of had a full training camp.

The only short about the fight was when Margo was offered the fight which was when Zab had lost to Baldomir and Margo was in the middle of training for a very lesser fighter.

If Margo would of accepted, no one would of lost money and Margo would of just stopped training for Gomez and started a FRESH training camp for Floyd.

he was in mid-camp training to fight a straight forward fighter, not a counter punching runner.

plus Arum had a venue, a date and Gomez to pay. It was a BS offer.

AM's 8 mil offer was with full notice for both guys. :deal

Mid camp means nothing, he would of started a fresh camp.

Arum lost money on Margo going through with the fight anyway. The PPV numbers were horrible. I dont think it did above 25k. And Arum was saying he needed 30-35 to break even.

well said but as you see cotto will also become a victim . Margo should ve left that citron fight alone. Its gotta be some reason Kermit looks like he's going to his execution when they square off
