he doesn't have alot of power he might be quick but compared to the bigger haye he is a light hitter and alot of people have been saying haye doesn't hit hard enough.
Also he has the same problem as haye in the fact his chin aint exactly granite.

Ok, In the pros Solis has never been hurt, So to say that he dosent have a good chin is just a guess on your part, The only time he got rocked was in the World Championships by David Haye and after the count he put a beating on Haye in wish the ref had to stop the fight and won by TKO.

if that was the pros you know haye would have finished him, i just get the impression he doesn't have a great chin i might be wrong.
What do you mean about his power thougth he aint a heavy hitter and has never been so?

No, Solis is more skilled than Haye and he outclassed Haye in that fight, He got a lucky punch and solis didnt let him take advantage of it, and yeah he does have power, out of 12 wins 8 are knockouts... and all that I can remember have been from one single punch. I wont overrate his power, but you should'nt under rated because he has shown power before, just not enough to catch people's attention, But hopefully will see more of it in the future.

i am not saying he is a weak puncher but more like povetkin, strong with decent power but not one punch ko power.

Really ?, Honestly Solis is not overrated and not underrated, he has a good background to get the hype he has gotten.

yes but haye punch's alot harder, i am not saying haye is more skillful but if you honestly think if haye dropped solis and had him badly hurt in the pro's he wouldn't finish him your very biased.

Yeah I know what you mean, Im more dependant on his skills than his power so I really can disagree with the point that you are making.

Solis is a very good fighter if in shape. The fight with Haye in the amauteurs Haye rocked him bad and couldnt capitilise on it because the ref jumped straight in (not because Soilis wouldnt let him)before Haye could finish the job. The other thing you got to remember is Haye injured his right forearm in that fight which turned the fight as well as Haye running out of steam.

Without doubt though Solis if in shape is a dangerous man and he does have power.

    :good

Let's hope he gets it in gear, cause I think he is the most promising heavy of all the up and comers.
