Really? His first loss came at the hands of a pressure, although crude, fighter (Margarito). Although Sergio Martinez is the better fighter, Jr. may be stronger and his weight will probably play a big role in this fight. His strength and size may allow him to overwhelm Sergio in the second half of the fight.

On a side note, Sergio always seems to gasp for air in the middle and late rounds. Not that he doesn't have good stamina, but it seems that he has trouble breathing and gasps for air. I noticed it in the Pavlik and first Williams' fight.
