Yeah roach is a bit of a hypocrite.
I still prefer the fight to be at 160 though.

Not only that but Pac getting belts and putting himself into boxing history by getting belts in a bunch of weight classes at catch weights.. I don't think Armstrong and them did it that way.

These two Mexi gents would most likely depreciate eachother and I am one person that does not fully support they meet in the ring until at least one more signifigant bout that tells us who is the future and who is the prototypical bust.

    Funny ****.

Does anyone know the unofficial weights for Canelo's last few fights? I seem to remember him going up in the 170 range.

He should compromise on the weigh in but insist that JCC doesn't rehydrate more than 10-12 lbs.

What do you expect? Roach is Jr's coach... I hope they are able to get this fight done. 157 or 158 would be fair. I think Jr is too big Saul and would end up getting a stoppage.

PAC has only had catch weight fights with cotto, Marg and now JMM. Not really what one would call a "career" full of "catch weight" fights. Floyd, Jones, Nard, DLH, Leonard, and a slew of other great fighters have had catch weight fights. And the catch weights may have favored PAC but the fact that BIGGER men sought after a fight with a smaller man I'd say that the catch weight evened the playing field in most cases.
