Ohara Davies v Derry Matthews.....

I didn't think Derry had a hope in hell in this fight at this stage of his career, but having seen Davies make a total, utter tool of himself on IFL, I think he's lost the plot. If he's lost his focus he could be in a bit of bother on Saturday night.

 

I don't know who's going to win that fight. I don't like Derry. I don't really like OHD despite the fact he's from the same neck of the woods as me because he comes across like a budget Broner. I would say however that it would be to the benefit of British boxing to have a prospect look the goods over a nearly man having a ideal farewell.

I don't mind Calum Smith btw. I think he'll fail at world level because well, he's a Smith but I'd happily support him over fellow Londoner Degale lest something drastically changes in their personalities.

Slagging people off over how much money they make in one of the most working class sports there is, is not a good way to build a fan base, even if you are trying to play the villain.
