Thurs 27th Jan Changed over to boxing training now I'm at uni Warm up jog round the hall touching the floor when coach says with press ups sit ups and turning in between learning the stance, jabs and crosses sparring with only jabs and crosses shuttle runs (lines further away from each other each time) 5 press ups sit ups etc when you touch the line Fri 29th jan Warm up jog round the hall touching the floor when coach says with press ups sit ups and turning in between shadow boxing practicing blocks for jabs cross and hooks slipping sparring using the techniques 2 rounds shuttle runs with excercise at each point shuttle runs piggy back race carrying our parnter racing
Thursday 3rdJan warm up jog shadow boxing 6x3 mins padwork shuttle runs shuttle runs 5 press ups 1st station 10 press ups 2nd station 2 more rounds of above but with sit ups and burpees sprints F
