    5x3 mins kicking
    5 mins round
    1st min 1 kick 2nd min 2 kicks 3rd min 3 kicks 4th min 4 kicks 5th min 5 kicks
    1 min continuous push kicks
    1 min continuous knees
    2 5 minute rounds padwork full thai
    2x3 mins bagwork 1 round box and knees 1 round box and low kicks
    3 mins padwork
    40,30,20 and then ten press ups, sit ups, tricep dips, back raises, squat thrust, crunches and leg extensions

    Changed over to boxing training now I'm at uni

    Warm up jog round the hall touching the floor when coach says with press ups sit ups and turning in between

    learning the stance, jabs and crosses
    sparring with only jabs and crosses

    sprint and run back (lines further away from each other each time) 5 press ups sit ups etc when you touch the line
