Changed over to boxing training now I'm at uni Warm up jog round the hall touching the floor when coach says with press ups sit ups and turning in between learning the stance, jabs and crosses sparring with only jabs and crosses sprint and run back (lines further away from each other each time) 5 press ups sit ups etc when you touch the line
