I took the last 2 weeks off, not entirely of course, I stuck to the diet, and did my road work. Didn't gain a pound.

Still feel guilty though. My timing is going to be all ****ed up on the first day back in the ring. I was planning on going today, but, I figured I would be the only one in the gym since its new years eve. So I'll start on Wednesday. I SWEAR.

2 weeks is not so bad. I wish I could not train and eat on the holidays and still not gain a pound.

I haven't been in a gym since the summer, gonna start working out after New Year's myself.

I enjoy holidays but I really dislike how they throw a wrench in you're training routine lol I suppose I over exaggerated a bit

Relax pal, 2 weeks is absolutely nothing. Professional athletes take longer breaks than that all the time, you need that time off to improve physically and mentally.
