Ok so here is my situation. I'm going back to my boxing gym later this week to start training again. I've been in the gym doing 2 a day workouts for 2 months now. Now my workouts look like this. 3 mile run, weight lifting, floor exercizes, shadowboxing, heavy bag. I'm 6' and since I started 2 months ago, I've dropped about 10 lbs from 173 to 163 now. My diet is really crazy, because I've been doing everything to lose as much fat as possible before the semester is over. I've basically cut out all grains, breads, and pastas from my diet and replaced them with large amounts of vegetables. So here it is.... Breakfast: 1/2 bag or 1/2 lb of grapes 1/2 - 1 cup of nuts Lunch: 10 oz of Turkey breast 1 pkg of sandwich meat 4 tomatoes w salt Dinner: 2-3 skinless chicken breasts boiled 4-6 tomatoes w salt 1 lb of asparagus sauteed w garlice salt and pepper I only drink water, and some other veggies I mix in are like 1/2 a boiled cauliflower, or 2 avocados w salt. Also I might make myself a 5-6 egg omelet w turkey breast, and any vegs. My normal standing weight before college was about 155 lbs @ about 8% body fat, lower if I ate 2 meals a day. SOOOOOOOO... you guys think this is alright? Feel free to add some insight, or other meal ideas you guys might have for low carb diet.
