Ward should have been disqualified. Doesn't matter if things were going his way. They were going Roy Jones' way with Montell Griffin. They were going Terry Norris' way twice against Luis Santana. They were going Golota's way against Bowe both times. You don't get to foul someone just because they are losing, and then claim a KO victory. Period.

I watched Creed for the 1st time last night, Ward wasnt in it very long at all but i counted 3 low blows from him.

Who gives a flip?! That's like saying "he didn't get knocked out for the majority of the fight." It only takes one low blow to change the direction of a fight. Clearly, the ref had a huge bias in this fight. At a minimum, he should have given Kovalev time to recover. Instead he stops the fight!!!

 

I'm thinking that if there was a lottery with the first prize being "punch Dino's ball out of its sack", the queue for tickets would stretch round the block.
