We can't gauge the power that Peter put on the Willaims punch vs. the power he put on the Wlad punch(es), but one thing we do know:

Peter caught Wlad with at least 5 or more, full on, flush powershots, and Wlad went on to weather them and beat Peter like a rented mule.
