i must say i wasnt overly impressed with khan. i think he looked very one-dimensional when trying to get his shots off. very predictable and i think he has a lot to learn before he can think of fighting bradley or alexander. great jab, but it seemed to be the defining punch in the fight. Maybe I over estimated khan in this one but i think he could lead with the right hand more and take a step back after throwing the 1-2. again, needs to settle down on his punches and think about how to land that right hand rather than just throwing it on top of the jab all the time.

....however, I can see Khan being a great champion in years to come!!! :good

As long as Khan follows the Klitschko approach he should be fine. Just needs to decide on a stance now.

He will fight ortiz next..Khan has a victory over him in the amateurs....packs more of a punch then paulie...but Khan will be the favorite....

I still think roach will keep khan away from maidana(who probably wouldn't land a clean shot on khan, but freddie will still think its too big of risk IF marcos landed).....I do favor khan to beat bradley now, khan knows how to use height and reach to his advantage, and bradley is small for LWW....

Alexander is khan's toughest foe out there....

The date of July 31st in the UK is already pencilled in according to GBP.

It's not going to be either Maidana or Bradley due to their ongoing dispute/fight deal.

It will not be Prescott, there is no way GBP will put it together, or the television companies accept it. Firstly he's a lightweight and Mitchell beating him took away anything they could of built the fight around.

I think perhaps Ortiz or Alexander. Followed by fighting the winner of Maidana Vs Bradley in the autumn

One thing I am glad to see is that GBP are making sure he's active. This whole fighting once every 4-5 months really fustrates me.

I'd finally like to see him in with Maidana.

id like him against maidna, devon alexander and bradley but that wnt happen for another year i can guarantee, amir khanm and victor ortiz will be kept away until its a posible superfight because they r both promoted by gbp and they will get this on ppv providin g they both do well. khan will b fed the likes of jua diaz in rematches and nate campbell so we cud expect him against bradley or alexander in a year at the earliest

think it will be Ortiz or Maidana. He will get a hell of allot of respect from fans if he fights Maidana.

i was so so impressed with Khan last night.

He said in the interview that he wanted to take on Maidana in the fall. He will not be taking on Maidana next. To be honest if he is serious and will be going for a Maidana fight then Prescott wouldn't be a bad tune up and as tune up goes it's a good one to make business wise and practicality wise.

I need to watch last nights fight again but do you think he had moved on that much from the Kotelnik fight?

Paulie is a lot easier to hit than Kot so he looked good and he was a bit more settled and relaxed in there last night.

His jab seems to have improved though, with a bit more snap and extension on it but again, that could be because Paulie is not very hard to hit.

It seems like the July fight will be in England but not on HBO. That immediately rules out the big names. They want Khan back on HBO "in the fall".

Hang on, isn't July 31st when Marquez-Diaz II takes place?

i think khan looked ok..his jab looked better than ever but his punches were too straight and obvious at times.
When he stepped back and started to hook to the body and use the uppercut he looked very good but he mainly stuck to the tried and tested gameplan..
I fancy hell fight Ortiz next.

Where have you heard that it is not on HBO?, as far as I knew Khan's UK July 31st fight was going to be part of the event they are currently building for that date

The scene, it says he will fight in England and then return to HBO "in the fall". They could show the Khan fight as part of the PPV I suppose.
