I had him losing 3-1. At best it was 2-2 how is that his best performance. At worst he was loosing and best he was tied.

I'm not talking about Ortiz not seeing either punch, I'm talking about him not reading Floyd's face when he clearly made eye contact.

I don't rate Ortiz too high in the great scheme of things. Never thought he was that good a fighter and it looks like he proved me right when I said he didn't fight smart enough to beat a fighter of Floyd's caliber. Mayweather's win over ****ing Carlos Baldomir probably ranks higher than this ****.

You had him losing? You probably shouldn't score fights....

Yep, either that or the underrated perfromance against DLH. I'm underwhelmed by the rest of what Mayweather has done since the move to welterweight.

It terms of ***** moves I rate this as Floyd's second best.

Just behind coming in purposefully over the agreed weight against Marquez to gain an unfair advantage

I admit hitting a man during a moment of sportmanship is pretty low but it's opportunist.

The Marquez fiasco was premeditated and it is therefore rated higher on my ***** move scale

He's in the act of turning his head and getting set and Mayweather throws a punch not close to his view. Not only did he not see the punch but it seems like he didn't even hear Cortez say "fight."

I'm not an Ortiz fan and have never been nor will I ever be, but I am a fan of boxing and to me that ending was garbage.

Like I said, the name is on Floyd's wall, but he didn't BEAT Ortiz, he didn't win on skill or talent, so it doesn't matter if Ortiz was a can or a world beater (obviously a world beater isn't that ******ed). To me the name holds no value and is nothing for a resume.

I gave the first round to ortiz it could have gone either way. I felt that the anouncers were giving floyd too much credit for lead rights that werne't doing much. The 2nd was clear for Ortiz. The 3rd was clear for Floyd by a large margin. And I had Ortiz in the 4th. I don't see any way that Floyd won more than 2 rounds. 1st and 3rd anyone who had Floyd winning the 2nd and 4th suck his dick more than Ellerbe.

Perhaps you listen to announcers too much and shouldn't be the one scoring fights?

not very high beacuse of the way it ended, if he outclassed ortiz for another few rounds and stopped him late that wouldve been a good win.

I know where you're coming from. And yes I concur, the win is diluted.

But once again, I am not talking about the 2 punches. Its obvious he didnt see them. But he DID see Floyd's face before he turned his head. What you replied to originally was me asking why he didnt read on floyd's face what was going to happen, a few seconds before it did happen.

Just look lol. His face says "You ***** Imma throw you in the dungeon... naked"

I watch fights on mute, announcers make me cringe regardless of ability.

Shut up ... Hatton was 4 years ago who cares? People who say that Floyd was winning that fight are ****ing delusional. He dominated the 3rd. He was lost the 2nd and 4th clearly and the 1st could go either way.

Well call me what you want the three judges agreed with me going into the 4rd. It was either 2-1 Money or 1-2 Ortiz or their cards. The 4th was Ortiz till the debacle. So like I said in the beginning 3-1 Ortiz or 2-2 depending on how you score the 1st. The 3rd was dominate by Mayweahter but his inability to carry that success into the 4th says a lot.
