OK so any update on Burns next opponent?

    the new WBO ranking have gavin rees at number 15...could that be an option??

    id still like to see burns fight david daiz as im a big diaz fan and it would be his last chance of the title


    Diaz is also a decent name which should help with the promotion

    Everything suggests that after another well matched calculated risk ****** will deliver Burns 2 or 3 more **** fights. Sad really. Burns and Cleverly are both fighting in 2/3 months but an opponent hasn't been made official. Both are hard workers and I'm sure would like to be in the gym asap and preparing for someone. Cleverly said he wants a belt holder. Nelson said Mitchell, Crolla etc need to earn their shot at Burns. Both camps are unlikely to get what they want.

    It is unlikely but if Burns and Cleverly make it big then you can bet they will jump ship like Calzaghe, Hatton, Hamed etc Fighters get sick of being ****ed around. Deep down a fighter wants to fight the best.
