In my opinion nothing has changed and Floyd still whoops his ass , but in all honesty that decision was as much to do with a possible mega fight with Floyd next year than anything else.

Yeah it would be just like Floyd to make him have to face Williams/Cintron first , but to be honest if Cotto faces Williams then i can seriously see the possibility of a Cotto vs Floyd fight being in big danger, Williams has all the tools to get a result imo.
Mayweather would beat Cotto in a close fight. but he would win by atleast 3 rounds and people would still talk **** about Floyd.

You are right. Floyd is scared shitless of Miguel Cotto and doesnt even wanna hear his name mentioned. When he hears the name Cotto he trembles. Shane was the ultimate challange. Cotto will absolutely demolish the weaker Mayweather.
