ok somebody answer me this question about holt and torres

Give Torres his god damn rematch, hell... he gave Holt a rematch.

I'm going out crazy here but Torres is the hardest hitter p4p in boxing today.

Do you agree that he was hurt off the headbutt? ... i'm not saying that it knocked him out it sure helped Holt get the knockout.

 

I know we haven't agreed much on anything but I agree with you 100% and I think its out of Holts hands ... TopRank will make that decision ... and they will force Holt to fight Torres again ... since they're both under the same promotional company.

TopRank made Torres give Holt that rematch ... because Torres couldve went back to columbia and defending that strap against some bums and Holt would've never got the chance to fight for that title again.

 

In fairness to Holt, the headbutt was Torres fault, he walked right into it.. but it did indeed set him up for the knockout, it was clear that it staggered him and got him tangled up in the ropes.

The right hand was beautiful, but was a lucky punch to say at least.. Torres was not the fortunate man last night. I still would pick Torres to knock Holt the **** out in a rematch. :good

For the record bigeddie27 ... I never said the butt was intentional ... I said that it helped Holt get the knockout and it had Torres dazed.

 

As well as to those that say that it was a body punch that staggered Torres.

fitzgimp in talking sense shocker. It was clearly the headbutt that got Holt into a position to land those shots, its fairly blatant and obvious, but probably accidental.

A rubber is absolutely needed, because Torres was getting Holt out of there up until the butt.
