Razor Ruddock won a newspaper decision over Ken Norton in an earlier post. Now we have the original WBC half-titled heavyweight champ Kenny Norton taking on superstar destroyer Hasim Rahman. Who, my good people, do you like?

Norton edges both the bodybuilding competition and the fight.

Norton is not in a different class. I'd say 50% of the time Rahman KO's him.

Either is vulnerable to knockout. It's a nice match-up for that reason.

I pick the rock. Pretty confident about it. If he comes in top form he should make short work of Norton. Rahman has good enough power to keep Norton away, and plus he has that awesome jab. Norton may have better technical skills but I think the Rock has enough to stop Norton. It would be close though

rahman was also more durable then Norton. Guy may have been hurt but if you look at his fights he only got hurt by absolute bombs.

Looking at Rahman being tooled on the inside by an old Holyfield (and mauled even by a Ruiz), I'm not liking his chances in a fight that goes past the few rounds. Rahman was hardly fast or aggressive with his offense, so the puncher's chance is not so dangerous for Norton. Rahman would have to use his strength to bully Norton against the ropes and just unload punches on him, but he does not have a history of doing that. Norton should be able to take a decision with his greater determination and ability, unless things go horribly wrong for him as they sometimes did.

Not really. Nortons claim to fame was beating Ali. Rahmans was beating Lewis. i think they're basically in the same class or very close. however they both got screwed and had horrible luck in their careers
