Him being his size at cruiser works because if he fought at HW dude would get exposed. He don’t even have a jab

He’s honestly the worst fighter I’ve ever had the displeasure of seeing….hopefully Riakporhe can put an end to him swiftly.

He's a decent fighter, a legitimate top cruiserweight. Heavyweight would probably not be so good for him. Not the best fighter to watch.

I realized that the moment I laid eyes on him... what took you so long?

I heard Sugar Hill was an amazing trainer, with his genius 'Kronk' methods.
Apparently he made Fury into a completely different animal.
So I expect to see all that manifest in this fighter.

I didn’t even bother watching his fight today. I can’t stand it when fighters with so many physical advantages over their opponents make zero effort to press any action.

Octopolie's style is so criminal he needs to be sentenced to life in prison for it. He's a national disgrace

Okolipus has such a dire style that if you only saw him fight and was watching boxing for the first time you wouldn’t ever tune in again. He gets away with it at home as a CW.

I don’t think he will ever fight away from home or at HW as he wouldn’t be able execute such a dirty negative style. A style basically uses his reach advantage to kill anything the opponent can do.

Okolie will be forced to change his style when he finds himself in a fight with an opponent of the same size as him and who knows how to hit...

If he ko'd Joshua in sparring as rumoured then Joshua should hang up.

Never seen a more dishonorable fighter or an uglier, more cowardly spoiling cheating style in my life

    The formula for his success

Be a massive weight bully with the dimensions of a SHW

Use your SHW dimensions to keep your much naturally smaller foe at bay by stiff-armimg the hell out of them or pumping out that air jab nonstop which isn't even a punch or intended to be

Immediately lunge in and grab a hold of them like an octopus either after you've thrown a punch to prevent them from countering or everytime they manage to close the distance and get into range which is incredibly hard to do against a giant with arms as long as your legs who is stiff-arming you all night

All of which is only possible because you have home advantage and corrupt as sin refs who conveniently forget for 36 minutes or as long as the fight lasts that it's actually illegal to extend your arm out like that and hold excessively

In the opening round last night, he held out a long left hand pressed to the chin of Light for easily three or four seconds and then lamped him with the right. Ref did nothing and said nothing. You can kinda understand doing something like that when a fighter has his opponent buzzed and shelled up on the ropes late into the fight - I'm thinking Lewis vs Bruno - but done as part of a Plan A? GTFOH...
