In the same way that Lewis was never Canadian, Calzaghe is British not welsh and McGuigan was only Northern Irish when he lost.....

    Ola Afalobi - English hero!

Have that Enzo you sheep sha**ing taff!

    Valid claim?

He's a character no doubt but there is no way I can possibly see him going on to win a world title, defending it half-a-dozen times and then unifying. His flaws and clowning will get him ko'd.

    also his workrate

if/when he fights a class guy who he cant KO I cant imagine him racking up the rounds through workrate and effort

jim watt called that fight perfectly from about the 3rd or 4th round

Exactly. The guy is a Steve Forbes. He's good for giving top fighters rounds.

He won't win enough rounds. And his record does not suggest he can always rely on low volume. He was lucky in that he was facing a weak chinned guy that fought like a Clown.

I was annoyed at what Enzo Mac said after the fight about lack of sparring. All these Rocky pics of him lifting beer barrels and hauling tyres bugged me. Afalobi is an awkward guy with tricks. You wanna be sparring as many guys as you can like him with tricks and poor work rate, not trying to recreate Rocky 7. I was speaking to a Warren fighter over the weekend who's trained at Wild Card and he says Afalobi gave James Toney nightmares when they sparred!

Give him a chance. He doesn't have a lot of experience. Came over and stopped Enzo, just like he beat the prospect Fields. Let's see what he can do vs Ramirez.

I think he could beat Ramirez if his head's right but Cunningham would box his lugs off and Adamek's work-rate would plough through Afalobi.

Although I was wanting an Enzo win my mind changed when I saw Ola Afrobum with a Brit flag on his shorts and Enzo with a poxy Welsh flag and Italian colours on his. Funny fight.

wouldnt be suprised if warren has options on him. expect to see the union jack draped around him from now on lol.

i liked his style and think he came across as a great guy, new exactly what he was doing. I think he faced a bad Enzo though but hopefully his title fight gets picked up on UK TV, Maybe a UK Promoter will try and win purse bids
