Neither is Chakhkiev ethnic Russian nor is he a fraud.The Nigerian was just the better fighter that night.Honour where honour is due:Afolabi survived the early storm and knocked his opponent out.Really well done job!:good
Chakhkiev is a very decent cruiser but his chin and his lack of stamina are his soft spots.He isnt that bad,and he sure has a chance to beat guys like Glowaki,Hernandez or Ramirez,but he for sure can also lose to opponents like Afolabi-as he did-or guys like Arslan,Masternak or Kalenga.

 

Does he even know how to jab? Some genuine caveman fighting in that fight.

 

Chakhkiev is an ethnic Chechen not Russian. Amazing how many fight fans don't seem to know the difference.

Rakhim got overrated quick on this forum years back. All offense and no defense with limited diversity to what he can do.

I don't like him being called a fraud I think it's in poor taste, it's not like he was built up to be the next Mayweather or something, only the hardcores knew much about him. He's just come up short at the top level (or even slightly below that) for a second time now due to a very bad flaw but he's otherwise a solid fighter.

 

So you'd be OK to be called a Chinese if China invaded where you live?
