I see what your saying, but you got to admit Hopkins does try to fight the best out there.

 

Exceptions to the rule don't make the rule moot.

 

Hopkins is a smart man, read his interview from a few weeks ago. He shows great boxing knowledge. He is very good at picking high reward/low risk fights.

Dawson would have been the greatest challenge for him at LHW, he went for the more money spinning bout with Wright instead though.

 

They also forgot to add "smaller, stylistically disadvantaged" Trindidad amongst another million things.

 

Its all about money at his age anyways, he already cemented hid place in history IMO.

 

Yes, I won't critise him for being smart. He is an ATG.
