He went the distance with a prime Holyfield, who was better than both those guys you mentioned

He was likely a more effective puncher.
If that's the truth then why Baer took punches from Pat Comiskey, Tony Galento, Lou Nova, Hank Hankinson, Bearcat Wright, Max Schmeling, Arthur De Kuh and others without going down?
Besides, Baer took more bombs from Louis than any other puncher. Foreman didn't have Louis speed, delivery and technique.
Sure, that's why he was stopped 7 times in his career. He was down twice in Foreman fight, but old Foreman was too slow to finish him. Young Foreman wouldn't give him any space, he'd finish him quickly.
I thought we're comparing his physical strength here, not boxing ability? Either way, that's not the only big fighter young Foreman fought. How many bigger fighter did he fight in his comeback career?

While losing 90% of rounds. What an amazing accomplishement!
Young Foreman would never lose to Morrison or Steward.

Then he would have done a lot better against the men that he actually fought!

You literally just said Holyfield is one of the most overrated fighters in history.

    I agreed with that part.

Apart from Schmelling, the rest were bums.

Plenty of boxers were stopped. My point was his style is not like Fraziers's and styles make fights.

Yes, but being overrated doesn't mean he wasn't good, it mean he wasn't as good as some see him.
I've seen people regarding him as a top 5 HW all time, which is ludicrous.
I also don't rate him that high cause he was a steroid cheat.

But using a losing effort against a guy you think is one of the most over rated in history, as proof that a man 20 years past his best is actually better than he was at his best, is a bit of a strange argument.

I always felt that as a light heavyweight, Braddock was a bit like Bob Foster.

He was tall and rangy for a light heavyweight, and obviously punched very hard for the division.
