George by 4th or 5th round TKO. Prime Witherpsoon could take a shot, but this if Foreman here. The fight is stopeed with Tim on the ropes hurt on his feet.
Old Foreman came back in the late 80s. Tim gets slunk into the ether by Foreman between 88-91. Frank Bruno gave Tim a torrid time with his jab. Foreman had a better one and wouldn't gas like Frank did
I'm not sure you could watch George's fights vs Stewart or Morrison or Moorer even, and think Tim Witherspoon at his best doesn't easily take this. I'd favor old Holmes over old Foreman, Tim gave prime Holmes hell.
Prime spoon v Old George would end imo, with Foreman badly battered and stopped on his feet, around the ll th.
Spoon outpoints him with ease. Young Foreman is a different story but old Foreman does not have the speed to cope with Spoon. IMO there is a reason why we didn't see this. Witherspoon was too high risk/low reward fight for old George.
Tim at his best? I think it's asking too much of an old Foremen but there's a chance George brings down the thunder, Spoon does get lazy occasionally
Tim could have rocked George with a right, but I don't see him following up on it...at least not enough to take the bigger man out. George by 7th round TKO.
