Old Hopkins Is On A Tear!

we will see finally get to see what Slappy Joe is made of, finally even an old Bhop should be a good test for this guy who has been hiding out all those years in Wales fighting Tomato cans a Hype job and (1) decent fighter who we really dont know much about. Finally old man Bhop tricky as ever 105 yrs old but still I will know all I need to know about Slappy Joe on this night.

 

Those fight DID happen, but not without the usual bitchinig from Hopkins, making all kinds of hurdle before finally signing to fight.

 

BS. It is not until JT halted his nonsense 20+ defenses against crappy mandatories that he was forced to look for bigger fights in order to sell.

Losing to JT was probably good thing for his legacy, at least he now has big names like Tarver and Winky on his resume. Otherwise he would have probably stayed at MW and make 10 additional successful defenses (4 against Allen, 6 against no hopers as usual).
