Yes, everyone looked at Joshua and said "What a ****ing boxer, all that height, his height, LOOK AT HIS ****ING HEIGHT!!! SO MUCH HEIGHT, AMAZING!!!"
I watched it and gotta admit i was nervous to see whose hand would be lifted at the end, i thought the Cuban had pulled the points back in the last round. Ive read and heard a bit about this Joshua lately, im not really clued up about anybody in the amateurs. I was expecting a bit more than what he showed. Though compared to some of the other super heavies on show yesterday afternoon and last night i thought both Joshua and Savon looked a lot better than alot of them. So im guessing Joshua got a tough draw in having to face him so early, and was lucky to get through it.
it was always a tough fray that could have gone either way. I know there team werent pleased drawing the cuban. I got to admit, i though Our Brit won the 1t and the cuban the 2nd 2 rounds. and i was suprised the brit got the verdict. what i would say is that, that was a great fight, both fighters would make good pros. I'd love to see that cuban go pro. I loved his style for heavyweights. Also the Brit was good. It was just a very tough fight.
