I'll make this short and sweet. I'm 37 and from Texas. Here are my weigh-in numbers today: - Height: 6'2" - Weight: 198 lbs - Waist: 33.5" - Body Fat %: ~13% - Lean Body Mass: 172.59 lbs I'm not a competitor. I use boxing training to keep me in shape. I'm here to improve myself and learn from you all. I would like to eventually find a good boxing gym one day. Right now, I need to get myself into shape before stepping into any kind of gym. I tend to favor old school boxers and their training methods. I'm open to any comments or suggestions so feel free to shoot me a line sometime.
