When he was training for k-1 @ american top team which is bout a mile from where I live (not where I train though) I heard from a few of the guys there that he absolutly will not do any roadwork, he was doing "rounds" on the ellyptyical (sp?) and doing alot of heavy lifting and alot of pad work this was for kickboxing though so his training for boxing might be different but judging from his weight vs. Iggy I can't see how he could be doing much running

I like old fashion training the best. I dont know how to explain it but it just feels right for boxing. Just good ol' pushups and pullups, boxing training, then swimming (substitute for running because of my bad knees)
